I learned to grill from my dad, who has been cooking on flames since long before I was born. And just like my dad, I love to grill.

There are few things I like better than firing up the grill and making something delicious. Weeknight dinner? Easy, throw something on the grill. Weekend get together?  Let’s open a cold one, and light that bad boy up!

So I was excited to get the chance today to interview Master Griller Steven Raichlen, author of the new cookbook How To Grill Vegetables (and several other cookbooks like The Barbecue! Bible, which my dad and I both love!)
