The Rolling Stones are back on the road following Charlie Watts’ death in August for their “No Filter” Tour that kicked off in St. Louis last week.  In Charlie’s place is drummer Steve Jordan who Watts tapped to fill in for him doing banner work behind the drums and providing the all important back beat to the Stones’ sound. The Stone’s performed a nineteen song set and gave us the debut of “Living In A Ghost Town” that was released last year.  With combined ages of Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Ronnie Wood in the vicinity of 229 we should wonder how the energy never seems to run out every tour.  For Sir Mick, who prances around stage for over two hours every night on tour, many wonder how he still manages to have that much in the tank.  Here’s a little back stage footage of him getting ready to roll…

 

 

 

The Stones continue their “No Filter” Tour October 4th in Pittsburgh and will make a stop in Minneapolis October 24th while their 40th Anniversary Edition of “Tattoo You” will drop October 22nd.
