Bouncers? Iron Maiden don’t need no stinkin’ bouncers.
An out-of-control fan learned that the hard way at a recent show in Anaheim, California when he was ejected from the stage by frontman Bruce Dickinson.
Video shows the fan storm the stage and drop down to one knee in front of guitarist Janick Gers. He then starts flailing his arms in an apparent effort to distract the guitarist. That’s when Dickinson steps in. The clip shows him motion for the fan to come closer in what appears to be a friendly invitation, video reveals. However, when the man approaches the singer, Dickinson suddenly grabs him by his shirt collar and thrusts him through curtains that separate the stage from the production area.
