Rob Halford is promising big things on Judas Priest’s upcoming North American tour with Alice Cooper and Corrosion of Conformity. In a radio interview, Halford described the tour as “a Roller-Coaster Ride Of Sheer Metal Power.”
The tour is a co-headline format with 30 shows, 15 where Alice Cooper closes and 15 where Priest closes. Judas Priest’s setlist will focus on the ‘Shield Of Pain’ tour idea, celebrating the anniversary of the ‘Painkiller’ album and including songs from the band’s most recent album ‘Invincible Shield’.
Halford added “This is a real event. Will this ever happen again? I don’t think so.”
