Legendary Deep Purple guitarist and co-founder Ritchie Blackmore joined Ian Gillan, Ian Pace, Roger Glover, and the rest of Deep Purple on stage in Long Island, New York at Jones Beach Theater for their Signature song “Smoke OnThe Water” Wednesday night.
This was the first time Blackmore performed with Deep Purple since 1993. Since his departure from Deep Purple in 1974, Blackmore founded Rainbow and now has his own musical project Blackmore’s Night with his wife Candice Night.
