The Tom Petty Estate and UMe have released a music video for an extended and remixed version of “Fooled Again (I Don’t Like It)” in honor of what would have been Petty’s 76th birthday. The video features footage from the Heartbreakers’ 1978 performance on The Old Grey Whistle Test. The track is part of Origins 1971-1978, a box set celebrating the 50th anniversary of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, set for release on November 6. The collection includes remixes of the band’s early albums, previously unreleased material, and a fanzine with liner notes from David Fricke and Bud Scoppa. The release follows other 50th-anniversary activities, including a Lifetime Achievement Award and a photo exhibition.
