Ozzy Osbourne’s last performance with Black Sabbath – livestreamed in July 2025 – is coming to theaters as ‘Ozzy & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning,’ a concert film of the July 5, 2025, concert in Birmingham, England.
The concert featured the original Black Sabbath lineup after 20 years: Ozzy Osbourne on vocals, Tony Iommi on guitar, Geezer Butler on bass, and Bill Ward on drums.
The event included tribute performances by Alice in Chains, Anthrax, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Pantera, and Slayer, with Ozzy performing songs from his solo career before joining Black Sabbath to close the show.
Osbourne, who suffered from Parkinson’s disease, performed sitting on a spooky throne, wanting the event as a goodbye to his fans.
Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy’s wife and manager, stated, “He wanted to say goodbye and thank you,” regarding the concert film, which will be available in theaters starting Oct. 28.
